In this program we use high quality burst resistant stability balls.  The ball absorbs gravity allowing you to move better without pain.The ball forces you to engage in all your small stabilizers that will help you create the balance you need as well as strengthen all your muscles surrounding your joints. Basically acting as a bigger shock absorber. Because there is very little impact on the joints as you can control how much weight you put on them, you are able to improve on your balance, strength, stability, core and reaction time. About me

For over 20 years, I’ve been on a mission to help people move without pain, build strength, and enhance their confidence through a unique, stability ball-based training method. My journey began with my own struggles—battling lower back pain and poor posture, I refused to accept discomfort as a normal part of life. Instead, I dedicated myself to mastering core stability and developed an approach that has now transformed the lives of hundreds of people worldwide.
