Hi, I’m Yossi!
Two decades ago, chronic back pain and low confidence kept me from fully living. Then I discovered the stability ball. It strengthened my body, reshaped my posture, and gave me the courage to show up fully.
Today, I give talks, chase my kids around the park, and help others do the same. With 23 years of experience, I guide professionals to feel calm, clear, and confident - onstage, at work, and in life.
